My passion is to not only make every cake taste delicious but to also add a creative flair to make it a feast for the eyes as well as the tastebuds. Colour, texture, drama and touch of sparkle can all help to make a cake a real showstopper.
I use all high end ingredients to ensure that taste is never compromised for style. I have spent lots of time tweaking and testing recipes and use all my own for my cakes. My signature cakes use Swiss Meringue Buttercream - a fabulously light and silky smooth buttercream that is less sweet than the more commonplace American buttercream (icing sugar & butter) and helps enhance the flavours without overpowering the cake with a sugar overload. I am happy to talk through any flavour combinations to find the perfect fit for your occasion. Examples of flavours include a very indulgent chocolate, rich vanilla, banoffee, passion fruit, raspberry & white chocolate, coconut, biscoff, lemon, salted caramel....
I specialise in tall celebration cakes that will provide a centrepiece for any occasion. All cakes are fully bespoke and I am happy to design from just the basics from you or work with you to achieve your dream cake!

As each cake is bespoke it is impossible to have a set price structure but as a guideline -
5 inch round cakes (3 layers approx 9 inches tall)
Prices start at £65
6 inch round cakes (3 layers approx 9 inches tall)
Prices start at £75
8 inch round cakes (3-4 layers approx 12 inches tall)
Prices start at £95

To secure a date a 50% non refundable deposit is required, full payment required 3 days prior to delivery date.
