Swiss meringue buttercream and fresh cream cakes should be stored in the fridge but best served at room temperature
Please do not keep cakes that have large fondant pieces in the fridge
Cakes will last for a few days in fridge and any (unlikely!) leftovers can be frozen (unless told otherwise)
Some taller cakes may contain plastic support dowels

How do I cut a tall cake?!
There are a few ways you can tackle it but this is my favourite because it gives nice even slices. As you get further in and the cake starts to topple, just pop it on its side cake side down and cut from there!
